I liked the hotel’s location, which lets you stroll calmly through the City Walls and reach various attractions easily. Breakfast was good and the staff were very kind and attentive during our stay. I was disappointed that the pool was not available, as I had booked the hotel specifically for that amenity; this should have been clearly stated on the website, otherwise I wouldn’t have made the reservation. I was assigned a first‑floor room with an open bathroom area that let me hear the restaurant on the third floor, and from there I could see the windows of the upper‑floor rooms, which was quite uncomfortable because I had to be careful when using the shower to keep my privacy. I also heard the footsteps of people in the room above, which took away the tranquility of the stay.

I chose the hotel because of the pool, but it was not open during my stay.

The breakfast was delicious, Alexandra and Dona were very friendly, Dona’s egg arepas were spectacular, and Naty at reception was super kind. However, there are many stairs, which should be mentioned for guests with health restrictions, and the facilities need a bit of maintenance, especially all the terrace furniture.
