Good location and breakfast, but the hotel is in bad shape with serious maintenance issues; we stayed in a room with a leaking bathroom, then switched rooms and found the cleaning awful, with dirty carpet and a loose bathroom tile. Terrible experience.

We loved everything, especially the cookies. A big shoutout to Mr. Nabil at reception for his warm welcome and excellent service throughout our stay.

The room was spacious, but there were no slippers or bathrobes, the complimentary water bottles were tiny, and the taxi fare to the train station was absurd.

Nothing stood out, but the management was poor, there was no assistance for disabled guests, and the staff were rude.

The location was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent.
