The staff are very warm and work hard to help. Manager Erkan Bey is especially helpful. The atmosphere was nice. The same dishes were served constantly, and the quality of food and drinks was average. The sea was shallow and not swim‑able, which was a big disappointment.

Everything was amazing, from the security to Mr Marwan at reception, and all the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional.

The entire team’s warmth, understanding, and willingness to help are truly top‑level. My third holiday in Egypt, which was much better than my first two, was spent here. The reception team (especially Sohby), our hotel manager Erkan Bey, and the animation team do everything they can for you. They shorten the check‑in time and even extend the check‑out time if available. In short, go, see, recommend.
