The room was clean and the breakfast was good, but the parking situation was unacceptable—there was no parking available. I had selected a parking option when booking, but when I tried to park it was closed and I was told there was no space. When I mentioned I had chosen parking, they said we write parking, but it had already been taken, and they sent me to a public unguarded lot that was full, with surrounding streets packed and full of traffic, forcing me to park two squares away. They should have clarified from the start that there is no parking and not trick us.
