Martas Windows

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

Our stay was fantastic. The room was very pretty, comfortable, and meticulously cared for. The pool area was also a delight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the accommodation. But without a doubt, the best part was the service. The owner was charming and always ready to help with anything we needed. She could be reached anytime via WhatsApp and responded swiftly. The entire team was attentive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again. A 10‑point experience!

“Disappointing”

The only bright spot was the location. Unfortunately, the property is poorly managed and not worth the price. We’re from Indo and know the local standards well. The staff were polite but not very helpful.

“Charmant hôtel au cœur de Kuta”

The staff were available and very pleasant. The place is intimate (very few rooms) in the heart of Kuta, away from the busier streets, and it’s easy to rent a scooter on site for the day.

“super”

I’ve stayed here three times and it’s always been great, thanks to Martas Windows for a comfortable holiday. The location is very beautiful and quiet, the pool is nice and clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful with everything I need, especially the motorbike rental. Heri and everyone else are very kind and always ready to help guests who need anything at Martas Windows. 💫 I think there’s nothing wrong with Martas Windows; everything is perfect.
