The price‑to‑value ratio was spot on and the location couldn't be better – right in the middle of everything. I had no complaints, just a very straightforward, pleasant stay.

Everything was exactly as advertised – the restaurant staff were super friendly, the room was spotless, and the central location made it easy to get around, especially with the Ticinoticket. Parking right in front of the hotel is handy, even though the space is a bit tight, and it’s free for the whole stay. I'd definitely recommend this place and plan to come back.

The owners treat you like part of the family, which is a nice touch, but there’s no kitchen at all and the rooms feel oddly arranged. One of the doors opens straight into the restaurant, which can be a bit confusing.
