The location was excellent, I didn’t use any restaurants or services, everything was fine.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were pretty. The room’s air conditioning didn’t work, a day of cleaning was missed, and the furniture in the room feels old.

The whole staff was attentive, especially the front‑desk gentleman who welcomed us in the parking lot at noon on Friday 25, Saturday 26, and Sunday 27 of September; he was exceptionally polite and friendly. The facilities are outstanding, truly an oasis in Cuernavaca. The restaurant menu, however, had limited variety and high prices for the dishes.

The facilities overall, the white linens, and the room bathrooms were good, but they couldn't guarantee an early check‑in for me.
