Excellent location and strategic positioning. The parking, though not indoor, is very close and extremely convenient. The room was immaculate, clean, and welcoming. A stay I highly recommend!

“Maravilhoso a experiência na ilha. paradisíaco”

Very close to MONTEROSSO beach and the station. Everything was very clean, cared for, and fragrant. The shower is excellent! The host is very friendly and helpful. Nothing to report, everything was great.

“Good place wasn't for the smoke”

The room was lovely with pretty décor and good spots to store things. The bathroom was brand new, the windows were great. The location was excellent, easy to reach, and quiet in the evening. Amenities like hangers, coffee, a drying rack, etc were great. However, the cleaning standard was far from what I expected. I found multiple dead bugs and hairs at the start, and the floor was far from clean; I had to take my shoes off to avoid spreading dirt and my socks turned black after a short walk. On top of that, there was an almost constant tobacco smoke smell in the bathroom (and a little adjacent hall) even though I checked that no one was smoking on the terrace under the window, so it must have come from the vent. It slightly improved when the downstairs guests left, but it was still super strong most of the time. This and the cleanliness were quite disappointing for our weekend.

The address was poorly written; the house was very difficult to find. More explanation and a map are needed.
