The facilities, the staff’s attention, the restaurant, the breakfast, the view, and the heating were all good. The room was slightly narrow.

Cleanliness, location, comfort, etc. The restaurant service could improve. Prices are high for the area, so I would expect exceptional service.

The hotel’s location and its spaciousness, plus the bikes, were great, but the service could use some work; I spent two separate nights here and the doormen were the friendliest staff members.
