The location, the view, the service, and the staff are all excellent. The stairs, the window frames need to be checked, and there’s a slight cooking smell when the windows are opened.

From the moment I stepped inside, I felt truly welcomed and taken care of; the staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, making me feel like a priority the whole time. The historic Alfama location was amazing, with its charming vibe, rich history, and stunning river views that made waking up even more special. Every aspect of my stay—from the personalized service to the fantastic location and views—was outstanding. It was an absolutely phenomenal experience, and I left feeling happy, relaxed, and grateful for the wonderful hospitality. I’d gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly memorable stay in Lisbon.

The property offered a great view of the river, but small details like having multiple shampoos and no soap were inconvenient; once we mentioned it, the staff fixed it quickly.

The breakfast was a great benefit. A very suitable European buffet. It had everything you could want. I was happy with their breakfast for 4 days. It satisfied me, and the service Francois and his staff provided was superb!!. The hot sun in the afternoons. But my wife and I like to eat dinner between 5:30 and 6 p.m., and it was still hot out. They did their best with 2 fans running and the AC on, but it was still hot. So perhaps if we waited till 7 pm, we could have solved our own dilemma
