The front desk lady was friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet was very varied and the staff attentive. The hotel is very well located, close to the train station for the Five Lands.

The place was spotless and pleasant! Kiara in particular was incredibly helpful, giving us loads of restaurant and sightseeing tips that made our stay amazing. The bed was super comfy, the room had blinds which was perfect for our light sensitivity at night, and the breakfast had plenty of variety. We’re very satisfied with our experience.
