The evening meals are amazing, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. We visit twice a year and plan to return next year. Nothing else is lacking; everything is good.

Free parking .good bar and restaurant. 1.radiator in room not working and room cold.2.electric heater in room no instructions and unable to get it on. Both were sorted after about an hour but not what we wanted on a cold day after travelling for 10 hours.3.no window in bathroom and extractor fan not working.4.basin tap very wobbly and loose.5.wifi did not work.6.we stayed on a sat night and the bar and restaurant were full but only one barmaid working the bar/taking the orders/serving the tables and eventually clearing the tables so totally understaffed and very difficult and timely getting served

Entrance separate full of rooms. Although I was put upstairs despite having dogs. Some sort of plumbing issue happening when the tap was turned off it was making some dreadful back up noise. Which only was only remedied by leaving the running all night with a flannel underneath it
