Surprisingly, we were told that we couldn’t take it with us. When I asked why, I was told that if we wanted water for our room, we would have to order it through room service and pay a delivery charge. We found this particularly unhelpful and unnecessary, considering we were already sitting at the bar purchasing drinks and simply wanted to buy a bottle of water to take upstairs ourselves. For a hotel of this standard, you would expect a little more flexibility and a more guest-friendly approach. feel this is not up to the four star it claims to be
