It was in a great location and the staff were very friendly. The ladies shower rose was broken and didn’t point outwards; it would have been nice to have milk in the fridge. They supplied tea and coffee, but no milk.

Awesome customer service, very very very clean. Bed amazing. The code didn’t work for the entry door, so I sat outside and tried to contact the mobile number with no luck, but it was a Sunday. After half an hour of waiting and trying, it worked.

The staff were friendly, the facilities were groovy and thoughtful, and the location and atmosphere were great.

Free secure parking made me feel safe in the community, and the atmosphere was delightful. However, the check‑in explanation for facility use was unclear, tea and coffee options were limited and there was no milk (though it was complimentary). The meals weren’t worth the price, and the lighting in my room was sparse.
