We used the hotel for day‑use while waiting for a night train, and it met our needs with a backpacker style and private ensuite rooms, but there was no elevator and no help with luggage.

I was told no rooms were available and then they wouldn’t refund me on the website; I had to go back to them and collect cash, and they were rude when I got there.
