The room was good. The staff at reception demanded payment on check‑in even though we had already paid, so I ended up paying twice. No English speakers at the hotel made the situation worse.

The room was spacious and I appreciated that the bath area is separate from the toilet area, almost like distinct rooms; however, the location is shady, with women plying their trade right outside the hotel, so I wouldn’t recommend it to families. The front‑desk staff were not friendly at all, and the bald manager acted arrogantly when I asked questions. It’s ridiculous that you have to give them your national ID to get an iron. The bed was absolutely rock hard, and the pillows were uncomfortable, causing neck pain.
