The castle feels surreal, like living in a fairy tale. It’s been impeccably restored while respecting its history and original structure. The Suite is very spacious and fully equipped. Walking around the castle’s alleys is beautiful. The staff is extremely kind and ready to fulfill any request. The restaurant is very good and the staff is well‑prepared and attentive. I think a place like this would benefit from a better wellness centre, with more services such as a sauna, heated pool and more massage staff, but perhaps we were at the end of the season just before the winter closure, so a slightly lacking service is understandable.

“Salto nel tempo”

The atmosphere felt like a dream, as if you were transported back to the past while enjoying all the comforts of modern life. It’s a great escape from the city, different from the usual Relais. The only thing I would improve is the TV in the rooms; the lack of a SmartTV is the only awkward point, because with such beautiful rooms it would have been ideal to watch a movie or a series.

“Un borgo incantevole”

A charming hilltop Umbrian village with a dispersed hotel concept. It’s been perfectly restored and reflects local customs and sites. The rooms are large and well‑equipped, including a lovely lounge with a fireplace. Every alley tells a story of tradition and history. Many services are offered, from a small chapel, exhibitions, to a bar with a wonderful terrace. Everything is meticulously detailed. An elevator helps reach the village and reception. The staff is friendly, qualified and helpful. The pool and spa are close to the village, reserved and very tranquil. Great value for money. The room has every service. It’s a place where peace and harmony are part of a wonderful stay. Cleanliness is impeccable. Thank you. Everything was perfect.

The location is totally calm and the staff is friendly. There are a bit too many architectural barriers (but renovations are about to start).

Highly recommended. Beautiful, exquisitely designed down to the very last detail. Friendly and welcoming staff. The food at the restaurant needs improvement, which is the only reason the hotel didn’t get a perfect score.
