Delicioso y limpio

“Wouldn’t come back due to the front desk woman.”

The room was clean and the breakfast was good, but the check‑in experience was unpleasant because a staff member was rude and insisted we pay a $30 fee for early room access; my husband found another desk that let us in without charge. We also got a call from the front desk about a noise complaint while we were simply watching TV.

The location was convenient and the suite had a whirlpool tub that was amazing; breakfast was wonderful and the room was very spacious. On the last day, we went down for breakfast at about 8:20 and many people were already there, and my husband and I were told there was no more for the day and everything was basically gone; if breakfast is served until 9:30, an hour earlier you should make more, only suggestion.

“very convenient location, close to our destination activities.”

We were up and moving before breakfast was served, but the staff offered us breakfast that we could take with us, something we'd never experienced before—outstanding!

“Such a wonderful place to stay”

The breakfast staff and the meal itself were good, but the front desk could try looking somewhat enthused to be there.
