Ozen Palace Hotel

Everything was very pleasing. The mountain view from the room, excellent service, friendly staff, and the hotel’s good location all stood out.

Nothing notable. I switched hotels. The ventilation from the neighboring restaurant was so noisy it came straight into the windows. I didn’t like the breakfast; the sliced eggs had been sitting for a few days and were shriveled, so I didn’t risk eating the rest. The price was unjustifiably high.

I spent five nights here with a group of twenty people, filling ten rooms, and this was my second visit; the rooms were freshly cleaned, the breakfast plentiful, the staff friendly, and the beds very comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast spread offered a nice variety of choices, but the hotel’s location feels a little out of the city center.

I stayed here for the second time; the hotel is new and clean, the breakfast selection is varied, the bed is comfortable, the shower temperature is just right, and I used the elevator.
