Everyone was friendly and quick to address any request; the facilities were tidy, the air‑conditioning and room conditions were very good, the pool was clean and easy to use, the sunset view was spectacular as expected, and breakfast was tasty. The first impression was poor because the area around the resort entrance was cluttered and under construction, and the reception looked a bit outdated. I had to wait in the heat without air‑conditioning, sweating like it was raining, until my room was ready. After that, my satisfaction grew throughout the stay.

“Worth every penny”

The facilities were amazing – large rooms, clean and comfortable with beautiful showers, a well‑maintained pool, good breakfast, and the staff were incredible, remembering names, groups, plans, and going above and beyond to help us feel welcome. The only drawback was that it’s a little remote.

Nice pool and a comfortable room. The location was a bit far from everything and vegetarian options were very limited.

The breakfast was very nice with some variation each day, the room offered a beautiful view of the property and ocean, the pool was gorgeous, and the staff were very friendly, truly knowing who you are and doing everything to accommodate your stay. A few weeks before we arrived, we were told the ocean pool would be closed, which was very disappointing because that was a key reason for choosing the hotel. The email didn’t mention that almost the entire ocean area was under construction, so the online images don’t reflect reality at the moment. The room and resort need some remodeling. Also, the food (though good) and drinks were expensive, even for Phu Quoc, and we expected more for the price, especially when looking at their social media.
