I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with clean rooms and incredibly friendly staff who responded quickly to our needs. However, we encountered some issues with the room facilities, including a non-functional wastebasket and a lack of hot water for drinking. The problems were a bit of a letdown, but the staff's hospitality made up for it to some extent.
