The architecture was impressive, the room was large, the furniture beautiful, the pool and grounds amazing, and the staff and food were great.

The experience was very different in the jungle center with a traditional temazcal! The rooms were very clean and spacious.

The place is really beautiful, distinctive and spotless, and the staff are extremely helpful; breakfast and dinner were excellent, and the pool tucked in the jungle felt very pleasant, clean and quiet. The biggest surprise was watching two families of screaming monkeys swing through the surrounding trees, and the spot is also perfect for visiting the Palenque ruins. Everything was flawless.

Everything was fantastic! The staff were incredibly kind, the food was delicious, and the property was beautiful with lots of greenery, a lake, and a great pool, plus the rooms. We’d book again and highly recommend. We were allowed to check in early, store luggage while we ventured deeper into the countryside, and stay longer. They organized great excursions for us (we already knew the Maya sites, so we wanted alternatives). The breakfast was great, and the evening meals were also very tasty. Everyone from reception to the restaurant was super friendly and helpful. Small but very refined!
