The hotel felt modern, the staff were friendly, and check‑in and check‑out ran smoothly, but the restaurant was very slow; I waited over an hour for a room‑service order, and the staff seemed unhurried and not fully alert. I ordered a sandwich one day and was told 30 minutes later that the buns were still in the oven and I had to change my order.
