“Perfect location for in the center of the city, opposite to the opera house, in the nice Galleria.”

I really appreciated the excellent and generous breakfast, as well as the very kind and empathetic service; the staff at the reception desk were also very helpful, and the overall ambiance was nice. However, the shower in the bathroom didn't work well—only the fixed shower on the top was okay, but the hand shower wasn't.

“Great location and clean rooms, but unbearable nighttime noise.”

This hotel has an excellent location, friendly and attentive staff, and clean rooms, and the breakfast was decent, though it could be better. The most disappointing aspect was the excessive noise: the hotel sits inside a shopping gallery that stays open 24 hours, and the dome‑shaped building amplifies even the smallest sounds. There was no police presence, security, or gallery staff monitoring the area at night, so people made noise all night and children could even be heard playing soccer late. Getting a good night’s sleep was practically impossible, even with earplugs, which was extremely disappointing and seriously affected my overall experience.
