We decided not to stay because there was no parking; they told us a refund or at least a non‑charge would happen, but we still haven’t received it. The room details said parking was available, yet there was none.

The location was great, but they wouldn’t let you stash your stuff before check‑in, the room was too small, I couldn’t figure out how the shower worked, the charger port was far away, and the young staff member stared at you oddly.

The part of the hotel I stayed in was cute, quiet, and cozy; the room wasn’t huge but comfortable, and the connecting veranda and small terrace were nice. Free water was available from a dispenser 24 h, and the spot was great—just a 5‑minute walk to Merced Church and the famous arch. I could cancel and rebook a different room type without penalty. Breakfast wasn’t included but was offered in another part of the hotel at a very fair price. The hotel actually has two separate buildings, and it wasn’t clear which one you’d get. Even though my room was free and ready, the staff wouldn’t let me in before 3 p.m., which felt not very customer‑friendly.

The location was excellent, the staff were very attentive, the place was super clean, and you could rest peacefully; breakfast was served and we liked it a lot—overall a great choice for a stay. No complaints.
