The calm of the place, the cleanliness, the comfort, the little personalized note, the possibility to leave my car parked on Sunday for a brunch, the communication, everything was perfect. I just wish I hadn't stayed longer!

The communication with the hotel was very quick whenever it was needed, the room was spacious, airy and welcoming, and it was important that it had covered parking for the car. The outdoor terrace with lighting was a real luxury. The area is very quiet, perfect for disconnecting from noise. The location is great if you want to go to Europa-Park, about 15 min by car. Perhaps they should include shower toiletries.

Honestly, this place was lovely, great spot for Europa Park, and had wonderful nearby shops and restaurants. Nothing— the place was great.

From the very first moment, the contact with the staff was very correct and friendly. We asked if we could check in earlier and they said no problem; when we arrived they were waiting and showed us the apartment. Everything was very clean and looked new.
