Nothing positive. My phone was stolen from the property, and no staff or team members helped me; they even had the contact and ID of the thief.

I like the overall everything such as cleanliness, the common area seating and games. 1. When I were check-in and entered to the room alloted storage almirah was having some other person stuff. I raise complaints through the app but the Customer care was taking too much time to connect with the person who can provide me resolution. Even the automatic bot don't have much solution option for example bot was asking for locker error code again again even said that there was no error code my issue was some other person stuff kept there. At the end I went ground floor to the reception for the help. Then they provided me with a solution. 2. One more thing I did not liking that alternate days cleaning, atleast I am expecting to broom and mop the floor daily and daily washroom cleaning. 3. Another thing is price is bit higher
