Vriendelijke ontvangst, goede parkeergarage ondergronds. Kamer was vrij donker, er was ook nog een lamp defect, en slechts één nachtkastje voor 2 bedden. Het ontbijt was slecht, om 7.45 uur waren veel bakken en mandjes leeg en er werd nauwelijks aangevuld. Een groot verschil met Best Western Nurnberg City West, waar wij vaker zijn en waar het ontbijt uitstekend is. Erlangen is ook nog een stuk duurder, dat is niet logisch

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good, but the Wi‑Fi could be better.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even providing treats for a brought dog and a dog blanket as a gift; the facilities were as expected, nothing special, the bathroom was small but functional and tidy. The surroundings of the hotel are not nice; if you want to stroll or eat out in the evening, you’ll have to walk a long way into town or take a car.

Quiet, friendly staff, very helpful. The room on the front floor was very bright because a spotlight stayed on all night.
