The stay was fantastic with breathtaking views and outstanding hospitality, though the room was smaller than I expected, which was my only let‑down. The incredible vistas and warm, welcoming service more than compensated for that, making it a wonderful experience I highly recommend!

The view is just OMG… It’s my third time in Wengen and this is definitely my favorite hotel. I love it and the restaurant is great. The only downside is there’s no spa, but that’s fine; I’m being picky now.

The view from the 'Deck' restaurant was amazing, and we were assigned room 315 with a forest view and a large balcony—imagine the mountain‑side balcony rooms must be stunning. Breakfast was continental and good by continental standards, and my wife adored the fruit variety. The staff were amazing, especially the girl who served us dinner in the restaurant; book a table in advance if you want dinner. We went in off‑peak (mid‑October) and they were still busy, but the food was excellent, even for vegetarians. Nothing was missing—everything was perfect.

Wonderful stay! The staff were polite and even offered to pick us up and take us to the station with our luggage, even though it was close by. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was clean and wonderful, cappuccino was available 24 hours, and there was a luggage driver. It was a little expensive.
