The property was extremely nice; we didn’t stay in the hotel much, but it was very pleasant. The pool and bar area could use improvement.

The view was great, the staff were helpful, and breakfast was included and tasty 😋, but there was mold on the pillow cases!!!

The location is first‑rate, with the adjacent parking garage easy to reach and Pier Park just a short walk away, and the pool and lounge area are decent. However, many pieces of furniture—especially in the lobby—are now pretty worn out. The balcony with lake views felt bleak, equipped only with two old plastic chairs and a tiny side table. Salt air has taken its toll everywhere: the paint on the balcony floor is peeling, the façade looks heavily weathered, the balcony lock no longer works, and the bathroom lamp’s metal has been corroded. The bistro is merely okay; I ordered a pizza that was warm and well topped but surprisingly small for its price. Most irritating was the strong smell of marijuana that drifted up whenever I sat on the balcony, despite a clear no‑smoking rule, apparently coming from the floors below.
