“Confort e vista mozzafiato”

The room was marvelous with a beautiful view of the river, the staff were very friendly even with our five‑year‑old daughter, making her feel at home; the beds were comfortable and the room stayed warm on a cold autumn night. Breakfast was excellent and varied, with a panoramic view, and the little one even called it a luxury hotel.

The accommodation was good, the cleanliness was fine, and the staff were average (there’s room for improvement); breakfast was standard. The main issue was the lack of privacy in the rooms—there’s no soundproofing and they’re a bit cold. Because the building is old and has been renovated, there’s no elevator and the original stairs are steep and uncomfortable for someone like me who was dealing with mobility issues during the stay.

The staff were friendly, but the restaurant was closed for good—this should have been noted on the website.

“Hotel tem ótimas instalações e localização excelente.”

The location is great, close to several restaurants and the hotel gives good recommendations. You can walk or drive, but I’d suggest walking; the stay is just minutes from a lovely little church. The only issue was the shower water pressure.
