I felt a sense of luxury and pampering, with a nice pool and spa and attentive staff. Nothing negative.

The hotel has good facilities, but the experience fell short of expectations. At breakfast, men are required to wear closed shoes, a rule that would be fine for dinner but feels excessive for breakfast. Overall, there was a lack of friendliness, empathy, and greater attention to guests.
