The room is spacious with several beds, the bathroom is nice and decently sized, and restaurants and shops are all nearby; the location isn’t too far from the Colosseum and other tourist spots.

Excellent, the room is wide, comfortable, clean, and the best part was Marco’s service.

The location was fairly good and the street wasn’t too lively, but the place wasn’t very clean and there was no proper blanket.

A standard room with a private bathroom, though a bit small. The real highlight was the owner, who was incredibly kind and helpful—something you don't expect. Big kudos to Raffaele for making the stay special; we’ll definitely come back! Thanks 😊 I liked everything, especially Raffaele’s availability!

The spot near Termini was handy. Mark went above and beyond to assist us. The room and bathroom were tidy, comfortable, roomy, and had everything we needed. Nothing else to note.
