Everything was good. The road just before the hotel was very muddy, and at first I felt like not going inside the hotel; the first impression was bad.

I travel a lot worldwide, and I’ve never encountered such courteous and genuinely kind staff. They bring so much joy to interacting with guests—what an amazing team! The rooms were perfect, clean, and comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully arranged throughout the property. Thank you to everyone there!

Breakfast was delicious, with great variety and fresh, well‑cooked food—a rarity in buffet settings. Manisha is a credit to the hotel; she did everything she could for me during my stay. All the staff were welcoming and kind, and Manisha went above and beyond to make me feel cared for, remembering small details about me and my stay to make me feel special. Thank you, Manisha! The only challenge was that, because of the wonderful location, getting a taxi was difficult. Most people arrive by car, so it may not be a problem for most guests, but if you’re relying on taxis, just be aware.

I loved the location and the view from the resort, but the approach road is unpaved and muddy.
