We loved everything about this property—the location, the staff, the complimentary breakfast, the recommendations that had us up at Ana Maria Island—it was just a blessed trip! I can’t think of one thing that we didn’t like about the property or the staff members.

Very nice and clean with a luxurious feel. There was a musty smell throughout the lobby and all hallways. Not sure if it was the carpet or something in the air, although everything was visibly clean.

The room and location suited us well, the beds were comfortable, the cleanliness and room service were excellent, and the fitness room and laundry facilities were handy, plus the upper floor was fine; still, breakfast was really disappointing for a property of this level, the pool could have offered more, and the valet parking was far too pricey—parking right next to the hotel in the public garage would have been better.
