The hosts were very friendly and supplied us with hiking tips and island information. The view through the large panoramic window is unique, and we watched sunrise from the bed. We could have breakfast on the terrace on nice weather days, otherwise breakfast is available in the room.

“memorable and magic”

Perfect location midway on the hill facing the lake and the Andean Mountains for an all day standout view. Simple breakfast where the eggs have a wonderful savor because they come from local chickens. Upon our request Guillermo our host got us real milk the next day. Enjoyable stay. My wife is dreaming a cablecar line would be installed to avoid walking up the steep stony hills 🤣 but what makes this tiny place a paradise is that cars are replaced with .donkeys that can carry your few luggages while you help yourself

Finding the place isn’t straightforward; Google’s location data is off, but the staff were helpful, texting us when we should have arrived and picking us up nearby. They also gave us a full itinerary, sent all the details via WhatsApp, and recommended great restaurants. Breakfast had limited options, yet it was tasty. The room was spacious and comfy, with huge windows overlooking the lake and a small sitting area with a table and chair for coffee. The bathroom was large, with plenty of room for belongings and a hairdryer. We received a large bottle of water per day, and the reception sold basic items too. The island was very cold and the shower was electric—no hot tap water. The electric heater required caution at night and shouldn’t be used with the shower or dryer on. Still, they provided plenty of blankets, more than enough for the chilly nights.

Terrible rip‑off, avoid this hotel at all costs for your Lake Titicaca trip! I booked this property for my Lake Titicaca tour at a steep price of 83 US dollars per night, which puts it among the more expensive accommodation options in this area. What I received was an absolutely unacceptable experience that did not match its high price tag in the slightest. The Wi‑Fi was practically non‑functional. It was so unusable that I could not even load my email inbox.

Le logement était très bien placé avec une vue exceptionnelle pour le lever du soleil. Le lit était très confortable et le chauffage un gros plus!. Le douche tiède et le petit déjeuner un peu décevant
