The rooms all face the busy main road, so ambulance sirens from the nearby hospital are a constant annoyance. The air‑conditioning is brand new but never gets cold, and there’s only one power socket for four guests. Wi‑Fi is spotty, the TV is broken, bedsheets are stained, bottled water is tiny, and the water dispenser isn’t refilled. Calls to staff go unanswered. The facilities and service are poor and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Everything was good and the staff were friendly, so I’d recommend it to everyone. However, we didn’t receive a parking spot close to the hotel; we had to park a bit far away. I hope the management will set up a dedicated parking lot for customers in the future.

The hotel is near the hospital, but the room I booked was a double bed while I was given a queen bed with no window.
