The location was super convenient, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, a bus stop, and a department store. The room was spacious and they offered free charging cables. At night the area got very dark, and there were many motels nearby, so solo female travelers should be cautious. The door lock didn't have a chain or any extra security, meaning anyone with the key could enter at any time. I wasn't told there was a cleaning service, and there was no "do not disturb" sign, so when I returned the room had already been cleaned, which I found unsettling. The fridge was filthy, full of dried dark brown stains and a bad smell, and it didn't stay cold—just a room‑temperature storage space even though it was plugged in and powered on. The air conditioner was also dirty; I couldn't find the remote, so I had to climb onto a chair to press the panel, only to see the filter was completely black and the dust was so thick it touched the outer shell—looks like it had never been cleaned, which was scary. The chair back was broken and couldn't recline, which was absurd, and the same chair was in the first‑floor tea area with no warning, making it dangerous. The place where they say luggage can be stored is just the public tea area, with no cover or lock, and the staff there are invisible, so anyone could just take your bags away. The front desk staff were friendly, but their responses to messages were very passive and only in Korean. They claimed the desk was open from 11 am to 11 pm, but when I checked in after 8 pm the desk was already closed, which was really bad.

The place is clean and the location is convenient, but finding it is a nightmare—maps keep pointing to the wrong spot, and it took almost an hour asking locals before I finally got there.
