The staff were friendly and the place is in a good spot. The bathroom had a strong odor and the air conditioning needs work. One of the three beds in the room needs fixing.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Nizwa! 10/10 Highly Recommended Garden Inn Nizwa was an excellent choice for our stay in Nizwa. The property is ideally located right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. Almost everything you need is within walking distance, which is a huge advantage for travellers who want to explore Nizwa without constantly relying on their car. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making our stay relaxing and hassle-free. Another major plus is the ample parking space, especially for those travelling around Oman on a self-drive trip. Everything about our stay was just right. From the fantastic location and cleanliness to the convenience of parking, the property delivered exactly what we needed. If you are visiting Nizwa, Garden Inn is definitely worth considering. Its central location makes exploring the city so much easier, and the overall experience was excellent. A very comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommended!. n/a

We ended up arriving in Nizwa a night earlier than planned, so we booked this place at the last minute for just one night. The host was very kind and accommodating, especially since we got there just before midnight and they still waited for us and made sure everything was fine. The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and it was just enough for us as a family. We had everything we needed to rest, shower, and continue our trip the next morning. Overall, it was a very convenient and pleasant stay, and we really appreciated the host’s kindness and flexibility with our late arrival.

They had a tea kettle and tea bags in the room, but the street that leads to the property is very narrow.
