“A great location and a great appartment.”

The spot was spot on—right in the middle of Piacenza. The place itself was tidy and had everything you’d need; I only stayed one night, but I could’ve stayed a week. I had no real complaints, just wish I could have stayed longer before moving to the next venue.

The arrival instructions were clear, it’s centrally located, there’s a garage, and the flat is spacious and well equipped. It would be nice to have a soap and shampoo holder in the shower.

The location is central and you can reach the historic centre easily. The flat is clean and well maintained with a small terrace outside. Daniele, the manager, was very friendly and helpful from the start, even recommending great osterias that made us fall in love with Piacenza cuisine. We’ll definitely come back. Nothing to add.

We were looking for a place on the way to Umbria and found this one. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The bed was excellent. Overall the location was super central—you can basically turn the corner into the pedestrian zone and the old town, which is very pretty. For us it was perfect, and with the windows closed you could block out the street noise even though it was loud on the weekend. The only downside is that if you have more luggage for a longer stay you have to go through the narrow stairwell to the second floor. Still a great, highly recommended apartment.
