The experience was exceptional thanks to the genuine warmth, kindness, and attentiveness of the entire staff, who made me feel truly welcome and cared for (they easily connected with me via WhatsApp). A very special thank you to Dharma, the hotel driver, who went above and beyond to support me and generously shared his knowledge of Balinese culture, traditions, and everyday life. His kindness and personal care made my stay even more memorable. Honestly, there was nothing I disliked; my experience was wonderful from start to finish, and I felt genuinely well looked after throughout my stay. The food at the restaurant was really delicious – only one meal, the “Quesadillas,” where I asked to swap the ketchup dip for avocado crème.

I recommend this hotel 100%; the value for money is top level. It’s 30 minutes from Ubud’s center. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The hotel is really pretty, tucked in nature. There are two pools, one overlooking the rice fields. The restaurant quality is on point for breakfast and other meals. Don’t hesitate to ask for breakfast earlier if you need to leave early or take it to go. If needed, they offer a shuttle to the airport. Thanks again for everything. A second massage table would not be a luxury; my partner had to get massaged on the bed, which wasn’t very comfortable for the masseuse and not very hygienic. There was a damp smell in the bathroom. We had the room just behind the reception, and at night the staff were quite noisy.

This place was truly magical, with excellent breakfast quality and a peaceful, very tranquil atmosphere—nothing whatsoever was lacking.

The location, greenery, and fantastic staff made for a great stay, though there was a bit of traffic noise and “nature” disturbance 🥴.
