Roberto and the team were lovely and went out of their way to check us in early and deliver solid customer service. We booked an “economical” room that felt more suited to a single person with luggage; it was a bit cramped for a tall guy and his wife. The other rooms are noticeably larger and would be a better fit for couples, yet we paid the same rate as friends who got a bigger room, so the value felt off.
