The food was good and the personnel were friendly, but the balcony was non‑smoking and the internet connection was slow.

I can’t even think of anything to praise. For the half‑board for two days, when breakfast was included, there was an extra 2000 CZK fee, so the dinner portions were tiny, especially for kids… and non‑alcoholic drinks had to be bought separately. If I ever went back, which I probably won’t, I’d skip the half‑board and instead take a taxi there and back for dinner in the center, and I’d definitely be happier.

The wellness facilities were nice, but the communication method was awkward and the hotel couldn’t be reached by phone.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were kind and helpful, the wellness package was included in the price, and the sauna area was great; nothing to complain about.
