Affordable and convenient to JMU, and I liked it.

Clean, comfortable, and accommodating—nothing to complain about.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was fine, and the front desk staff were pleasant enough, but I was shocked that our room wasn't made up the next day of our stay; the front desk said hospitality services are only done every other day or so, which isn't right, especially since people travel to break from household chores at home; I also had to go downstairs to get cups for drinking, which should be in each room, and overall hospitality wasn't the best; deaf customers should have better accessibility, like being able to contact the front desk instead of having to go downstairs to make requests.

The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the breakfast was good, but the price should be lowered.
