The location is great, the small balcony offers a beautiful view of Locarno, and the breakfasts are delicious.

The hotel isn’t overly luxurious, but it’s lovingly and personally decorated. It’s easy to reach by public transport. The room has a sink, there are communal showers and a communal toilet in the hallway, and the breakfast was wonderful!

The view lived up to what was promised, though you have to climb a hill to get it. Breakfast was very nice, especially the amazing banana bread. The outdoor terrace was lovely, and we appreciated how fast the check‑in process was – I booked the room at noon, and by 1 pm we were at the desk with our key. Nothing else to complain about; we left a jacket in the room, but they sent it back without delay (within Switzerland).

The place is loving, friendly and cozily furnished. The outdoor seating spots offer an amazing panoramic view of the sea and mountains. Breakfast was sensational – huge variety, many homemade items, very tasty. The traffic on the street can be heard quite clearly.
