“The kind, communicative, and smiling staff, and the fact that time flew by”
I really appreciated the people working at Metro Park. The staff were lovely—from those who took care of cleaning my room to everyone else. The attendant by the main entrance always had a smile, and whenever I was carrying things, he would open the door for me. Everything is done to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The reception team was always available whenever I had questions, offering smiles and genuine kindness. The owner of the establishment was also very kind and endearing; he even offered to have his driver take me to the airport at the end of my stay. I felt a real sense of family and a great deal of sincerity. There is no sound‑proofing between my bedroom door and the hallway, but this is a problem I’ve encountered in every hotel I’ve stayed at in the Philippines. Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise, though for reasons I understood—specifically regarding the maintenance of the property. Construction work is unavoidable when it comes to carrying out renovations, so I remained understanding in that regard. A place that caters to vacationers must evolve, improve, and be well‑maintained. My only real issue is that some other guests behaved noisily in the hallways, holding long conversations there instead of keeping them private inside their own rooms—acting as if they were the only ones staying at the hotel. That is my only negative point. For me, what matters most is the human side—the staff. I stayed there for two months, and I have no regrets. thanks you Metro Park Hotel and the family.
