Getting to the city center was easy, and I could enjoy the nature of Ome. Walking around the area takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The hot spring and sauna were good, and drinks were unlimited until 21:00 at Zawanoi and Bourbon. The coffee I had in the morning was also tasty. No complaints.

The service and hospitality were fabulous. The location is quiet and peaceful, yet a few minutes' walk will bring you to the train station.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the slippers for the onsen were all the same color so it was hard to tell mine apart, and the footsteps from the room above and the chatter outside the room were a bit loud.
