Great location. Bedrooms were a good size. Be prepared for a large staircase inside the property—just a heads‑up for other guests. Our double room didn’t have a great view.

Everything was great! The room was beautiful and super clean, and the location was perfect, really close to the Vatican. No complaints at all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!.

The location was the only good thing, but the room was unbearably noisy. In the middle of the night we were woken by drilling sounds so intense that the whole room vibrated. The next morning the construction continued, making sleep nearly impossible. The owners claimed they knew nothing about the work, yet the place is extremely sound‑prone; you can hear everything, even the cleaning crew in the morning as if they were standing right next to you. The room itself was very small, stuffy, and had no natural daylight—extremely dark. The shower’s water pressure was so weak you could skip washing your hair. Also, you can’t leave your luggage after check‑out at 10:30 am, which is quite unusual for hotels; it’s just unattended. Honestly, we were glad to stay only one night.

The spot is great, just a ten‑minute walk from the Vatican, and the metro right under the building (Ottaviano) gets you to the main sights and the termini. The area is lively with many restaurants nearby. The room was well designed, spacious, very clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely and made sure our room stayed tidy and ready.
