The hotel felt like home, breakfast was spectacular, and the staff were so helpful and friendly; it was the best part of our trip to Italy, and I would recommend this hotel and its staff to everyone—superb! I loved everything!

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, the rooms were very nice and authentically Italian, breakfast was very good, and the location was outstanding; I’ll be back. I would have preferred a regular shower, but that’s just an observation, not a complaint.
