The dinner and breakfast restaurants could be better, lacking recommendations and no fresh bread.

The staff were rude when we arrived; they offered no welcome, only told us they couldn't find our reservation on Booking.

The location and staff were good. To improve the stay, it would have helped to have a fridge bar with bottled water in the room, and I think a kettle with tea bags would also have been nice.
